Proven job experience as an IT help desk technician, desktop support engineer, or other position

• Practical knowledge of Windows and Mac OS environments

• The capacity to identify and resolve simple technological problems quickly

• Knowledge of help desk and remote desktop programs

• The ability to communicate with clients in a precise and professional way and excellent communication skills

• The capacity to offer verbal and written instructions that are specific and detailed

• Technical document creation skills based on problem and procedure

• Practical knowledge with Citrix, Hyper-V, Windows servers, and VMware

• Practical knowledge of backup systems such as VEEAM, Rapid Recovery, and others.

• Proficient understanding of endpoint security programs like Sophos, Symantec, etc.

• Work experience configuring VPNs, IPSec, DNS, DHCP, and proxy servers as well as troubleshooting networks.

• Working knowledge of O365, SQL servers, and Windows Exchange Servers

• Windows and VMware Patch Management expertise
